Workshops

Workshops are an amazing way to deepen your practice and explore different areas of yoga.

Throughout the year I hold workshops that focus on all kinds of fun things. Sometimes they are led by a specific muscle group, such as the core or hamstrings, or often we explore a strand of Chinese Medicine or the chakras. These 2 hour practices give us a little more time together to move, breath and take a break from the outside world.
