My Vinyasa/Power classes are strong and dynamic, focusing on breath-led movement. I like to use my background as a dancer to weave in creative and playful sequences, which will keep your body immersed and your mind free of expectations. I always offer a lot of variations that make the class accessible to all different bodies and experience.
My Yin classes are guided by TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) and are often sequenced on a theme, for example a particular meridian line or element, to inspire the flow of postures. I also like to include a variety of interesting facts about the body and Chinese Medicine. Your mind will feel open and engaged in this slow mindful practice as your body heals by releasing any stagnant Qi (energy).
