Location

Join me for a once in a lifetime trip to beautiful Kenya, to stay at the world renowned Treehouse, located in the stunning village of Watamu.

Enjoy 6 nights in the treetops of Watamu, waking up to see the sun rising over the trees with the sea and beach just a stone's throw away.

You can expect 2 daily practices with me (from a dynamic morning practice and meditation, to restorative yin practices leading us into the evening), 3 nourishing home cooked meals a day (with plenty of tea, fresh fruit and delicious snacks to keep you going) and some incredible activities and experiences throughout the week, plus a massage included too.

To get to Watamu Treehouse you can fly into Malindi or Mombasa. We can help to organise transfers from Mombasa airport or Malindi airport and back.

Please note, flights and transfers are not included in the retreat price.

Food

Pre morning yoga snack

Each morning there will be fresh coffee, pots of herbal teas, fresh/dried fruit and nuts to snack on for an energy boost before your morning yoga practice.

Wholesome breakfast

Homemade granola, nut butters, compotes, jams, plant based milk, bircher muesli, fresh fruit platters, pancakes, fresh bread, savoury breakfast specials (cooked mushrooms, tomatoes, homemade baked beans)

Lunch

A selection of nourishing and seasonal salads, dips, breads.

Dinner - family-style feast

After our evening yin yoga practice, you will have time to freshen up before sitting down to a family-style gourmet dinner. The Watamu Treehouse chefs use local fresh ingredients and love to create a variety of delicious dishes with a twist, leaving you feeling satisfied and energised!
